The mission of the garden is to bring awareness to the need for growing healthy food and living healthier lives. It is a civic space where people share labor\, nourish relationships\, and connect to our shared natural environment. BHCG fuels\, heals and provides aesthetic pleasure to the neighborhood\, many of whom are elderly and on fixed incomes. BHCG provides these elders\, important people in the community\, healthy fruit\, vegetables and herbs grown locally on-site.

DESCRIPTION:Urban Sprout Farms is located at 2200 Reynolds DR SW\, Atlanta\, GA 30315\nThe Rising Appalachia Solidarity Tour comes home to Atlanta to celebrate community and ecological stewardship at Urban Sprout Farms\, December 12th from 10am-8pm.  Join local organizers\, artists\, activists\, and entrepreneurs who are reshaping the planet for a more just future.
